Services

I listen for where the work actually hurts, scope the smallest tool that fixes it, and build it local-first so it gets adopted and stays adopted.

01

AI Consulting

Most AI advice is noise. I find the one place in your operation where it actually pays for itself, and I am honest about the ten places it does not. You leave with a tool that still works six months after it ships, not the demo that wowed the room and got abandoned.

02

Systems Automation

Recurring manual work is a design failure, not a fact of life. I map the exact repetition and engineer it away. What I build is lightweight, maintainable, and invisible by design. Your team should forget it is there and just feel the day get shorter.

03

Design for Adoption

Capability means nothing if no one uses it. Two decades of design thinking go into every build, so the interface matches how people actually work, not how an engineer wishes they would. If someone needs a walkthrough to use it, it’s not done yet.

04

Quality Engineering

Shipping fast counts for nothing if it breaks in front of your customer. I interview your team to find exactly where quality slips through, then build the safety net: real test coverage, release gates, and a process people actually follow. I can stand QA up from scratch, fix a pipeline that fights you, or onboard your team so the quality outlasts me.

05

Guided Process Design

Some processes are only hard because nobody ever wrote them down properly. Financial aid, licensing, onboarding, a degree audit, a vendor setup that assumes you already know the answer. I read the whole sprawling mess against the rules that actually govern it, then rebuild it as a path with one clear next step. Written at three levels of detail, so a nervous first-timer and someone who has done it twice can work from the same document. Nobody should need a second job to finish a form. Independent work, not affiliated with or endorsed by any school, agency or lender.

LUXIGA Runbook

"instructions written by someone who forgot what it is like not to know"

A step engine for the setups that eat an afternoon and your patience. It reads the official documentation, drafts a verified flow, and serves it at whichever density fits you: Guided, Standard, or Expert. Exact values show at every level, only the hand-holding fades. Works with the connection off, because the worst moment to lose the instructions is halfway through.

One Engine · Many Verticals

The same local-first engine, pointed at the next trade

LUXIGA OS is the engine, and each vertical is the same pattern pointed at a different trade. Voice and files in, structured records out, on your own hardware. It fits any field where the work is spoken rather than typed and the data has to stay in the building: the trades, field services, and regulated back-office work. If that sounds like your operation, the fastest path is a quick call.

Golden Goose Construction · Salem, OR

A roofing and renovation contractor needed leads without paying the CRM tax. I designed, built, and deployed the whole thing: a fast marketing site, affiliate tracking with QR campaigns, an admin panel, and automated lead notifications. When a real prospect was nearly lost to a social-media in-app browser, I shipped a safeguard so it would not happen again. Every change goes live behind passing end-to-end tests.

About

Lukas Green
"I listen for what's getting in the way, then I build the fix."

I came up through graphic design, doing in-house print and design work from 2004 onward. Two decades developing an eye for what works across print, digital, and UX. I am finishing my degree at Portland State, where design and systems thinking keep colliding in useful ways.

When AI tools arrived and I realized I could build, not just design, everything clicked. I’ve since evolved into architecting automation-driven tools, internal platforms, and AI-augmented workflows. Every project starts with a specific friction point.

LUXIGA is the studio where design intelligence meets smart automation. I partner with mission-driven teams who need both technical fluency and design intelligence, especially where AI can reduce friction and build more accessible systems.
